The Government evaluated all proposals received in accordance with the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation. Discussions were not conducted for this procurement. The Government determined PURESERVICE CORP provided the best benefit to the Government considering price, past performance and technical approach IAW 52.212-2 Evaluation Factors.
