This project includes all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, materials, and supervision necessary to restore reliable electrical service to the mobile shooting range and return the facility to full operational capability in support of training and mission readiness.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. The purchase order duration will be 60 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.
