The Army needs a small business to manufacture and deliver 19 night vision device kits, 1 purge kit, 1 tool set, 1 tool kit, and 19 helmet mounts for the Colombian military. Each kit includes white phosphor image intensifier tubes, a P-45 viewer, a carrying case, eye cups, lens caps, a shoulder strap, lens paper, an operator's manual, a quick reference guide, and a Wilcox G24 helmet mount. The kits must be delivered as soon as possible.

What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a commercial firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract with a base year and option years. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated date of award is June 9, 2027.
