The U.S. Department of Defense needs a small business to manufacture night vision devices for foreign military sales.

What exactly do they need?

The Department of Defense needs 10 Vector Binoculars Day/Night with long-range observation, 5 Thermal monocular day/night, and 5 Binocular Video recorders.

What's the contract structure and timeline?

This is a firm-fixed-price contract with a 100% small business set-aside. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror.

How will they pick the winner?

The Government will evaluate the technical proposal to ensure that it meets the Government's requirements. The Government reserves the right to only evaluate the lowest priced offeror for technical capability.

When and how do you bid?

Proposals are due on June 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Submit your proposal through the Army Contract Writing System (ACWS).

Who can apply

  • Must be a certified small business
  • Has experience in commercial and service industry machinery manufacturing
  • Has a CMMC Level 2 certification or higher
