THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. See attached Solicitation Certification: Vendors must have an active certification in the Joint Certification Program (JCP), accessible at https://www.public.dacs.dla.mil/jcp/ext/#ext/dashboard.
