The Defense Logistics Agency needs a small business to manufacture nonmetallic strip seals for a five-year contract.

Key Details

The Defense Logistics Agency is preparing to issue a five-year Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for the procurement of nonmetallic strip seals. The contract will be structured with a three-year Base and two one-year Option periods. The solicitation will be issued on an �All or None� basis by CLIN (per NSN), being awarded to the �best value� offeror for each line item. The award may be split where one or more CLINs are awarded to one offeror and one or more CLINs are awarded to another offeror(s).

  • When and how do you bid? The solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about July 31, 2026. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The response deadline is August 31, 2026, at 9:00 PM ET.
