The Department of State needs a small business to provide notifiers and fire alarm equipment for its domestic and overseas facilities. The contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for one base year and four subsequent one-year options. The BPA will be awarded to the responsive Offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and offers the Best Value to the Government, with technical considerations more important than cost.
