  • What exactly do they need? The Indian Health Service needs a small business to provide comprehensive 24-hour nurse advice telephone line services, including toll-free access, registered nurse telephone triage, and HIPAA-compliant communications, for beneficiaries of the Colorado River Service Unit, Uintah & Ouray Service Unit, and Southern Bands Health Center.
  • What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance of approximately 1 year. The Government has not determined the acquisition strategy for this requirement.
  • How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate responses based on the capability statement, including the firm's experience providing services similar in scope and complexity, transition capability, accreditation, federal and tribal experience, geographic coverage, and contract vehicles.
