The U.S. Coast Guard needs a small business to manufacture and package ODMS filter elements for intake air for its 87' coastal patrol boats.
Key Details
- What exactly do they need? The Coast Guard needs 600 ODMS filter elements for intake air for its 87' coastal patrol boats. These must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E method 10, cushioned, and packed in an appropriately sized ASTM-D5118 double-wall fiberboard box. The filter elements must meet specific marking and bar-coding requirements.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The Coast Guard intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract on an all-or-none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer will be the most advantageous to the Government. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures.
- How will they pick the winner? The Coast Guard will evaluate offers based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
- When and how do you bid? Quotations are due on June 16, 2026, at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time. Offerors must submit their quotes through SAM.gov.
Routine commodity buy — low-effort bid, modest payoff.
