The Air Force needs a small business to supply and deliver an oil/coolant storage and dispenser system for Minot AFB.

Key Details

  • What exactly do they need? The Air Force needs a system to store and dispense oil and coolant for their aircraft. The system must fit within a 12ft x 9ft x 10ft space and include 8 aluminized steel containers, 2 gear pumps, 2 hose reels, and various valves and filters. The system must also be able to hold a minimum of 275 gallons of oil and 165 gallons of coolant.
  • What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a combined synopsis/solicitation, and the Air Force is seeking quotes for a single delivery. The notice doesn't say how long the contract will last.
  • How will they pick the winner? The Air Force will evaluate quotes based on price and the ability of the system to meet their requirements.
  • When and how do you bid? Bids are due on July 16, 2026, and must be submitted through SAM.gov.

Routine commodity buy — low-effort bid, modest payoff.
