The U.S. Coast Guard needs a small business to provide maintenance services for its oil water separator systems in Seattle, WA.

- What exactly do they need? The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform a visual inspection of two Oil Water Separator (OWS) systems, clean and remove all material from troughs, catch basins, and OWS tanks, and perform sampling on OWS systems at Base Seattle.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project. The full scope of work and specifications will be included in the solicitation documents.
- How will they pick the winner? The government intends to make award to the low cost responsible and responsive offeror who provides the most advantageous, reasonable, and negotiable offer to the government.
- When and how do you bid? Quotes must be submitted electronically to patrick.r.stewart2@uscg.mil by 0700 (PST) 06/05/2026. A complete submission shall consist of the following two parts: Part 1: SF 1449 Complete and sign the provided Standard Form (SF) 1449. Insert the total firm-fixed-price bid in the appropriate blocks on the SF 1449. Part 2: Price Quotation A detailed Price Breakdown for the total firm-fixed-price. The Price Breakdown shall not exceed one (1) page.
