The U.S. Coast Guard needs a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform a visual inspection of two Oil Water Separator (OWS) systems, clean and remove all material from troughs, catch basins, and OWS tanks, and perform sampling on OWS systems at Base Seattle.
