The U.S. Coast Guard needs a small business to provide maintenance services for two oily water separator systems at Base Seattle.

What exactly do they need? The U.S. Coast Guard needs a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform a visual inspection of two Oil Water Separator (OWS) systems, clean and remove all material from troughs, catch basins, and OWS tanks, and perform sampling on OWS systems at Base Seattle.

What's the contract structure and timeline? The government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project. The full scope of work and specifications will be included in the solicitation documents.

How will they pick the winner? The government will make award to the low cost responsible and responsive offeror who provides the most advantageous, reasonable, and negotiable offer to the government.
