The Navy wants a web-based tool to help students plan their college and career paths. The tool should include features like course recommendations, career assessments, and college search functions.
- What's the contract structure and timeline?
The contract will be a firm-fixed-price IDIQ with a base year and four option years. The Navy expects the tool to be delivered within 12 months.
- How will they pick the winner?
The Navy will evaluate proposals based on the tool's functionality, user experience, and cost. The evaluation will be a best-value tradeoff.
- When and how do you bid?
Proposals are due on July 15, 2026, and must be submitted through SAM.gov.
