- What exactly do they need? The U.S. Army needs a contractor to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services at the Defense Logistics Agency Defense Distribution Depot Center in San Diego, California. This includes preventative maintenance, repairs, custodial and janitorial services, painting, emergency response services, landscaping and grounds maintenance, pest control, and limited minor construction activities. The contractor will need to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform these services.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a base year and four option years. The duration of the contract is expected to be between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate proposals based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
- When and how do you bid? The solicitation will be available on or about June 5, 2026, on SAM.gov. The bid deadline is July 15, 2026, at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. Offerors must submit their proposals electronically through SAM.gov.
