The Defense Logistics Agency needs a small business to manufacture packing with retainer for a five-year contract. The contract will be firm-fixed price and will include a population of one National Stock Number (NSN) item. The solicitation will be issued on an "All or None" basis by CLIN (per NSN), being awarded to the "best value" offeror for each line item.
