The contract will be a 5-year IDIQ with four pricing options: 100% Firm-Fixed-Price, Year 1 FFP + Years 2-5 Economic Price Adjustment, Hybrid: Set FFP ELINs + RSMeans Coefficient Standard, and Hybrid: Set FFP ELINs + EPA ELINs.
