The Defense Supply Center Richmond needs a small business to repair its perimeter fence line around the facility.

Key Details

What exactly do they need? The contractor will repair the perimeter fence line around the Defense Supply Center Richmond, maintaining the structural integrity of the fence. The contractor must also provide temporary fencing as needed for any breaches of the perimeter fence line. The contractor will buy all materials to repair 750 linear feet of perimeter fence, with the government paying for the materials at the beginning of the contract.

What's the contract structure and timeline? The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price award with an expected Period of Performance of one base year and four option years.

How will they pick the winner? The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror that meets the requirements stated in the Statement of Work (SOW).
