Key Details
The Navy wants to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with companies that provide standard commercial supplies and services for pipe, hose, and tubing. The BPAs will be awarded on the basis of positive Past Performance. Interested vendors should provide a minimum of three Past Performance References.
What's the contract structure and timeline?
The contract will be a Master BPA with a 6-month rotation through June 2029. Vendors will compete at the call level, and the government reserves the right to use additional references if available.
How will they pick the winner?
The evaluation basis will be Past Performance, including Customer Satisfaction, Timeliness, Technical Success, Program Management, and Quality.
When and how do you bid?
Interested vendors should provide documentation and references by email to rebecca.m.collins17.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 30 April for a June award, or 31 October for a December award.

- Must be a certified small business
- Has experience in hardware manufacturing
- Has a good track record of past performance
