The Air Force needs a small business to provide launch control center cleaning services at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming.

- What exactly do they need? The service provider shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform launch control centers and launch control equipment building cleaning services at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations and the performance work statement (PWS).
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a firm fixed-price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with an initial task order for the minimum quantity. The period of performance is 1,826 calendar days (5 years) after the date of contract. An initial task order will be awarded for the first three cleanings, and additional task orders will be awarded at the government's discretion.
- How will they pick the winner? The government will award a contract to the responsible vendor whose quote provides the best value to the government, based on price, technical capability, and past performance. Technical capability will be evaluated on the quality control plan and management plan, and past performance will be evaluated on relevant past performances submitted by the vendor.
- When and how do you bid? Responses/quotes must be received no later than 17 June 2026 at 10:00 AM MDT. Forward responses by email to shane.yurkus@us.af.mil and donna.doss.1@us.af.mil. The government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this RFQ.
