The Defense Logistics Agency needs a certified Woman-Owned Small Business to manufacture power cable assemblies for the M-D6 Patriot Weapon System.

What exactly do they need? The Defense Logistics Agency needs a certified Woman-Owned Small Business to manufacture power cable assemblies for the M-D6 Patriot Weapon System. The assemblies will be for a minimum of 40 units and a maximum of 220 units. The Government Production Lot Test Requirements include inspecting the entire lot, accepting the origin, and delivering FOB destination within 285 days after contract award.

What's the contract structure and timeline? The Government proposes to acquire a One Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Five-Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The contract will have a minimum guarantee of 40 units, and the first issued delivery order will be for the minimum quantity. The contract period of performance is five years.

How will they pick the winner? The Government shall use the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. The award will be made to the offeror who is technically acceptable but has the lowest total offeror price.

When and how do you bid? Bids are due on June 5, 2026, at 8:00 PM EST. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov, and the drawings will be distributed through the DoD Safe website. Offerors must have an active Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration and be certified as an EDWOSB in the SBA certification system.

  • All potential offerors must have an active Joint Certification Program (JCP) profile/registration to be considered an eligible source.
  • Only firms that are currently certified as a EDWOSB in the SBA certification system are eligible for award.
  • Firms not certified by SBA at the time of award will be found ineligible for contract award.
