The Army needs a small business to provide a powered paragliding flight and sustainment system for the 145th AW. The system must include a rucksack/backpack powered flight system, a sustainment and spare parts package, basic flight operations training, and maintenance technician training. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
