The Virginia National Guard needs a small business to prepare and deliver meals to its facilities in Virginia. Meals shall be prepared off-site and delivered ready for consumption in individualized containers. Catering, or serving of meals, is not required. Call orders will be placed against established BPAs and may require the delivery of cold or hot menu items to include an individual beverage.

The BPA will have up to a 60-month ordering period with a maximum ceiling up to the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). A Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued around end of July 2026.
