Pressure Washing System for 149th Fighter Wing

The 149th Fighter Wing needs a small business to manufacture a stationary pressure washing system for its Texas base.

Key Details

What exactly do they need? A stationary pressure washing system that can output water at or above 175 degrees F to two separate sprayers on opposite sides of a building. The system should be able to output at least 3000 PSI and 3.5 GPM to both sprayers simultaneously. Controls for the system should be mounted locally next to or nearby each sprayer. 120V, 277V, and 480V electrical power is available on site. 2 PSIG Natural gas is also available on site.
What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a firm-fixed price contract with a desired installation timeline of 120 days ARO. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate proposals based on price and other factors, with installation timeline being equal to price.
When and how do you bid? Submit your proposal by email no later than Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026 at 1:00 pm CDT to the Contract Specialist Kimberly Rodriguez at kimberly.rodriguez.6@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer Mark Green at mark.green.23@us.af.mil.

All travel costs for the site visit are at the expense of the contractor and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
There is a limit of 2 people per organization.
