The Army needs a contractor to deliver propane to Fort Benning and Camp Merrill. The contractor will provide all necessary equipment, labor, and transportation to make deliveries to both small capacity tanks and the Peak Shaving Plant large capacity tank.

The contract will contain a Base Year and 4 Option years. The contractor will provide propane in accordance with Commercial Standard D 1835-97.
