- What exactly do they need? The VA needs one (1) brand name Pyxis ES MedStation and one (1) brand name Pyxis ES Refrigerator. The equipment must be delivered undamaged and in accordance with contract specifications. It must power on, cool to required temperatures, and authenticate users after installation. The unit must operate within the existing Pyxis ES network without compatibility issues.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services. The contract will be awarded to the OEM-authorized small business distributor/quoter whose quote is determined to be the lowest price. The contract will be for a fixed price.
