The VA needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to provide Radiation Oncology Physician Services at the Memphis VAMC.

What exactly do they need? The VA needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to provide Radiation Oncology Physician Services at the Memphis VAMC. The contractor will provide properly qualified Radiation Oncology Physicians to provide Radiation Oncology services onsite at the Memphis VAMC. The contractor must adhere to Guidelines & Technical Standards for Radiation Oncology promulgated by the American College of Radiology, American Society for Radiation Oncology and American Association for Physicist in Medicine.

What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be for a one (1) year period with an option to extend for up to 6 (six) months. A long-term procurement will subsequently be competed for these services.

How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate responses to determine the appropriate acquisition methodology.

When and how do you bid? Interested parties should complete the attached questionnaire and return it with their capability statement by 11:00am CT on June 12, 2026. The notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response.
