The work includes demolishing the existing structure, surveying the site, constructing a new metal tower, and installing solar panels and day boards. The contractor must also notify the Contracting Officer's Representative in writing 72 hours in advance when removing the existing focal lights and day boards and when installing the new solar panels and day boards.
