The VA needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to renovate bathrooms in several VA facilities in Illinois.

Key Details

  • What exactly do they need? The VA wants to renovate bathrooms in several facilities at the VA Illiana Health Care System in Danville, IL, and several Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in Illinois. The work includes general construction, carpentry, asphalt and concrete paving, roofing, excavation, interior renovation, and other construction-related tasks.
  • What's the contract structure and timeline? The VA plans to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a five-year ordering period. The contract will include task orders ranging in value from $2,000 to $3,000,000, with a maximum net value of $21 million.
  • How will they pick the winner? The VA will evaluate proposals based on the offeror's experience, past performance, and technical capabilities.
  • When and how do you bid? The VA will issue the official solicitation on or about July 18, 2027, and will post it to SAM.gov. The solicitation will include instructions on how to submit proposals.
