- What exactly do they need? The Army needs a contractor to renovate common areas of single soldier unaccompanied personnel housing at Fort Hamilton. The work includes renovation of Building 209, which includes 110 window screens, 160 L.F. of vinyl cove base, and 1,000 VLF of mortar joints. The contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the work.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order with a period of performance of 120 calendar days. The contractor must submit Performance and Payment Bonds within 10 calendar days of award if the final award value exceeds $150,000.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will use the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process.
- When and how do you bid? Quotes are due no later than June 30, 2026, and must be submitted via electronic mail to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer.
