The work includes renovation of Building 209, which includes 110 window screens, 160 L.F. of vinyl cove base, and 1,000 VLF of mortar joints. The contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the work.
  • What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order with a period of performance of 120 calendar days. The contractor must submit Performance and Payment Bonds within 10 calendar days of award if the final award value exceeds $150,000.
