The VA needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to renovate an education building training hub in North Las Vegas, NV.
Key Details
What exactly do they need? The VA wants to renovate an education building training hub at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. The project includes all labor, material, transportation, required engineering services, overhead, and profit. The renovation must be done in accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings.
What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a firm-fixed price construction contract with a period of performance of 120 calendar days. The Government intends to award one contract without conducting discussions, but reserves the right to do so later.
How will they pick the winner? The Government will consider only price as the proposal selection criteria for the contract award.
When and how do you bid? Submit your proposal no later than June 8, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. PDT, to the Contracting Officer, Daniel Jhun, by email at daniel.jhun@va.gov.
