Don't bother if…

  • You need an active facility security clearance before the bid closes.
  • Your firm must be registered at www.sam.gov and www.vetbiz.gov.
  • Failure of a proposed SDVOSB A&E firm to be certified by the CVE at the time of the SF330 is submitted shall result in elimination from further consideration for award.

Heads up — easy to miss

  • There's a mandatory site visit on February 14 — if you miss it, you can't bid.
  • Travel costs aren't reimbursed separately — bake them into your price.
  • Proposals are capped at 25 pages including résumés.
