The NOAA National Weather Service needs a small business to repair and calibrate equipment for its weather service. The equipment includes:
- 12 T342 FM/AM Communication Monitors/Spectrum Analyzers
- 2 T334 Multimeters
- 2 T229A Generators
The vendor must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete this requirement for the equipment listed. The vendor is responsible for returning repaired product(s) in a shipping container designed to withstand the vibration and shock encountered during transportation.
- What's the contract structure and timeline?
The contract will be a firm-fixed price Purchase Order (PO) with a duration of approximately 30 days. The vendor must deliver the repaired equipment to the National Reconditioning Center in Grandview, MO.
- How will they pick the winner?
The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all lines, including return shipping and any discount terms. The evaluation factors include delivery terms, price, and place of acceptance.
- When and how do you bid?
Quotes must be submitted by email to nws.nrc.contract@noaa.gov by July 31st, 2026 at 12PM CT. The quote package must include the required information, including company name and address, Unique Entity ID and associated CAGE code, Point of Contact with email address and telephone number, and pricing which shall be inclusive of all costs including shipping costs and product description for the line item listed above IAW the specifications listed.
