The Air Force needs a small business to repair the roof of a hazardous materials storage facility.

- What exactly do they need?
The contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to perform the entire design and replacement of the roof of building 155, replace the overhang covering the exhaust louver on the rear of the facility, and the overhang covering the entrance and roll up door on the front of the facility. The new roof and overhands shall eliminate every weather borne water leak into B155. The new roof shall be free from ponding. The new roof shall be insulated meeting ASHRAE zoning requirements for the facility. The new roof shall be a TPO single ply membrane roofing system.
- What's the contract structure and timeline?
The contract is a firm-fixed-price contract with a duration of approximately 6 months. The site visit is scheduled for June 4, 2026.
- How will they pick the winner?
The proposals will be evaluated based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
- When and how do you bid?
Proposals will be submitted electronically through SAM.gov. The proposal due date is June 26, 2026.
