The VA needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to replace carpet at its medical center in Saint Cloud, Minnesota.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove existing flooring and install new resilient flooring and base in occupied healthcare facilities with minimal disruption, improving durability, infection control, safety, and maintainability.
