The Department of Veterans Affairs needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to replace flooring in two buildings at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System in Reno, NV. The work includes demolition, recycling and disposal of existing flooring, installation of new flooring, temporary removal, storage, and reinstallation of furnishing and equipment, and preparing the site for building operations.

What's the contract structure and timeline?

The contract will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a general construction contractor. The estimated period of performance is 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

The Contracting Officer (CO) will evaluate proposals based on the Statement of Work (SOW) and the vendor's ability to meet all requirements.
