The service provider must furnish and install the new system, including approximately 275 linear feet of line sets from the branch box to the condenser.

The service provider must perform all work during regular business hours from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and tasks with impact to Medical Center operations must be coordinated outside of regular business hours and/or on the weekend.
- How will they pick the winner? The VA will evaluate the proposals based on past performance, technical capability, financial capability, and ability to expedite lead time of manufacturing, shipping, and installation of the steam coil timeline.
- When and how do you bid? Bids are due on July 13, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. and must be submitted through the VA's e-Sourcing tool.
