- What exactly do they need? The VA needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to design and complete construction of a water main replacement project at the Altoona VA Medical Center. The project will involve replacing underground sprinkler and domestic water mains, and the resulting contract will provide design completion and construction of the completed design.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a Period of Performance of 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Phase II will be conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 36.202-1(b).
