The contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) with a two-year base period and two three-year option periods, not to exceed 96 months. The total estimated construction cost for all contracts is not to exceed $249,000,000 for the life of the contract.

The Government will evaluate proposals based on best value, using the tradeoff process or lowest price technically acceptable.
