- What exactly do they need? The U.S. International Boundary and Water Commission needs a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to maintain its SCADA systems, including software and firmware patching, vulnerability remediation, software upgrades, replacement of parts and components, cybersecurity control assessment support, Risk Management Framework support, emergency troubleshooting, system documentation, and improvements to system functionality through existing SCADA software platforms.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The anticipated contract is a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and three option years. The period of performance is one base year, with optional support at San Ysidro, California, if exercised by the Contracting Officer.
- How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate responses based on the firm's experience and capability in SCADA systems maintenance, cybersecurity support, and emergency troubleshooting.
- When and how do you bid? Interested firms shall submit responses by email to Suzette Smith Contract Specialist at suzette.smith@ibwc.gov by June 22, 2026, 3pm MDT. Responses should be complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to assess the firm's capability to perform the full requirement.
