The Navy needs a small business to supply sea water flush piping parts, including tubes, bushings, unions, adapters, and elbows. The contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation without discussions to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the best value to the Government.
