The Department of Defense needs a small business to renovate and enhance the physical security of a 2,700 SF modular facility in Tucson, AZ. The work includes demolition and architectural repairs, structural modifications, HVAC upgrades, electrical system upgrades, perimeter security, and electronic security systems installation. The contractor must propose and install upgrades and a backup power generator solution if the existing system is found to be insufficient. The site is an active, secure federal law enforcement compound, and strict coordination and adherence to all site security policies and procedures are mandatory. All contractor personnel requiring access to the site must be United States Citizens and must undergo and pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background check facilitated by the government prior to site access.
