What's the contract structure and timeline? This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a request for quote (RFQ) with a 90-day quote validity period. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) responsible offeror.

How will they pick the winner? The Government will evaluate offers based on technical approach, past performance, and price. The technical approach must demonstrate a plan of action, equipment support, key personnel, and schedule. Past performance must include at least three relevant references.
