The Air Force needs a small business to install and maintain a security system at F.E. Warren AFB in Wyoming. The system includes 5 indoor cameras, 15 monitors, 2 door sensors, 10 wired duress buttons, and sustainment for 5 years. All items must comply with the Buy American Act and Trade Agreements Act.

  • What's the contract structure and timeline?

The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a delivery period of 90 calendar days following the contract award. The contract will last for 5 years.

  • How will they pick the winner?

The contract will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose conforming quote is deemed most advantageous to the Government based on a Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation methodology.

  • When and how do you bid?

Interested vendors should respond to this notice to be included in a site visit. After the site visit, interested parties will have time to submit full proposals for evaluation. The response deadline is July 22, 2026.
