The project includes a full seismic retrofit of the building, which houses the chapel/auditorium on the Roseburg VAMC campus. The renovation includes demolition, new construction, interior alterations, and seismic retrofit.

This is a one-phase Design-Bid-Build procurement process with a contract period of performance of 475 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract.

The proposals will be evaluated using a Best Value source selection process, including Organizational/Technical Approach & Schedule, Relevant Experience, Past Performance, and Price.
- When and how do you bid?
The solicitation will be posted on or about 10 August 2026, and the closing date is on or about 8 September 2026. The solicitation will be available free of charge by electronic posting only on the System for Award Management (SAM) website.
