- What exactly do they need? The Navy needs a small business to provide semiconductor manufacturing services for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division. The services will include standard commercial supplies and services at competitive prices in Classification: NAICS 334413, PSC/FSC Code 3670. The government will evaluate past performance based on customer satisfaction, timeliness, technical success, program management, and quality.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a maximum of 6 months rotation. The government intends to issue Master BPAs on a 6-month rotation through February 2028.
- How will they pick the winner? The government will evaluate past performance and technical merit to select vendors for the Master BPA. Interested vendors should provide a minimum of three Past Performance References.
- When and how do you bid? Interested vendors should provide documentation and references by email to Barbara.j.grinder.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 31 December for a February award, or 30 June for an August award.
