What exactly do they need?
The Navy is looking for a small business to provide semiconductor manufacturing services, including specialized machinery and printed circuit board manufacturing. They want companies that can provide standard commercial supplies and services at competitive prices.
What's the contract structure and timeline?
The Navy will establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with companies that meet their requirements. The BPAs will be awarded on a 6-month rotation through June 2029. Interested vendors should provide documentation and references to the email address listed in the notice by the specified deadlines.
How will they pick the winner?
The Navy will evaluate vendors based on positive Past Performance. They will consider customer satisfaction, timeliness, technical success, program management, and quality. The government reserves the right to use additional references if available.
When and how do you bid?
Interested vendors should provide a minimum of three Past Performance References and an active account in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) or a credit card as a method of payment. They should also have an active account in System for Award Management (SAM).
