The work will be primarily completed at the contractor's maintenance facility, unless the repair is minor and can be performed onsite without disrupting base operations.
- What's the contract structure and timeline? The contract is a 2-year IDIQ with a base year and two option years. The base year runs from July 22, 2026, to July 21, 2027, and the option years run from July 22, 2027, to July 20, 2028, and from July 21, 2028, to January 19, 2029.
- How will they pick the winner? The Navy will evaluate quotes based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
- When and how do you bid? Submit a quote via email by July 8, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Include the embedded Request for Quote (RFQ) and complete the highlighted sections. Also, include all technical data sheets and information relating to the rental equipment.
