The Air Force needs a Woman-Owned Small Business to provide facilities, material, labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision for maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on real property at various military bases.

Key Details

  • What exactly do they need?

The Air Force needs a Woman-Owned Small Business to provide facilities, material, labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision for maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on real property at various military bases, including Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, remote sites in Davidsonville and Brandywine, Maryland, Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Washington, D.C., and the Air Force Memorial Arlington, VA.

  • What's the contract structure and timeline?

The contract will be a single-award SABER Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work.

  • How will they pick the winner?

The Government will evaluate all submitted capability packages against the criteria listed above, including bonding capacity, experience, past performance, and WOSB certification status.

  • When and how do you bid?

Submit a capability package no later than 06 July 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT via email to rianna.suver.1@us.af.mil and alisha.whittaker@us.af.mil.

Who can apply

  • Must be a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB)
  • Has experience in managing concurrent projects and maintaining quality and schedule
  • Has a minimum bonding capacity of $5,000,000 per project and $30,000,000 aggregate

Don't bother if…

  • You must provide a letter from a Department of the Treasury-approved surety verifying your bonding capacity
  • You must provide a copy of the official letter from the Small Business Administration (SBA) or an SBA-approved third-party certifier showing definitive proof of WOSB status

Heads up — easy to miss

  • There's a 8-page limit for the capability package, excluding the bonding letter, WOSB certification, and CPARS/reference attachments
  • The Government places significantly higher value and emphasis on the demonstrated experience and past performance of the Prime Offeror over that of any proposed significant subcontractor, teaming partner, or key personnel

If you're interested, do this first

  • Check that your Woman-Owned Small Business certification is still active in SAM.gov
  • Write a 1-page summary of similar work you've done before
  • Email the contracting officer to RSVP for the site visit
