The Chicago District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is looking for a small business to manage various construction projects in Illinois and Indiana. The contract will include one ordering period lasting two (2) years, with a maximum aggregate value of $25,000,000.00. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all supervision, labor, supplies, and materials necessary to perform work associated with task orders.
What's the contract structure and timeline?
The contract will be awarded to the offeror(s) whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a technical/price competitive range as determined by the Contracting Officer. The contract will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed price task orders.
How will they pick the winner?
All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Price. The contractor will be required to perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees.
When and how do you bid?
Solicitation documents will be available during the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024. Offerors must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) and the DoD Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system.
